It Has Entered Our House

This was my status on Facebook today.

"The puke monster has entered our house officially. It drove it's porcelain bus right up to our house. It knocked day before last, but has thrown the door open and declared war, spewing his crazy ways, vomiting his propaganda ("Sure you can eat? It won't be a problem."). People throw up his name (Chuck) like it's no biggy. As he yawns in technicolor casually, like it's no big deal. We will arm ourselves with Lysol wrist shooters and we will survive!

I had this little guy stumble in at 6:30am this morning.

He was covered.  Poor Gabe...

When my husband got REALLY sick (drop to his knees) the night before last, we thought it was taking a med on an empty stomach...or at least we thought if we said it out loud enough times (and clicked our ruby red shoes together) that it would be so.

Apparently a stomach bug has entered the building.  It's a nasty thing too.  You are fine until the instant you start throwing up (with very little warning).  Jael is woke up this morning saying she felt like throwing up all night too.

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Apparently, 'tis the season though.  Bleck!

So, while all kids are attempting/pretending to sleep, I thought I'd jump on here and share the...hmmmm...the colorfulness of this day (wink).

May your day be full of wellness, health, and no vomit. (Smile) There is a phrase I never imagined saying to anybody.

In the joy of following our Heavenly Father, we sometimes choose to proceed with a whisper, a verse, or a downright shove...no matter how we follow Him, the momentum that follows is like nothing we've ever experienced before.

Join the momentum...it is a beautiful place to be. It's not always easy, but then the best things never are.
