Benjamin and Surgery

Though there is a lot to cover, we have been through a pretty extensive ice storm and many hours of no power.  In 20 degree weather, one's house gets pretty cold.  We have electricity, but sacrificed one of Max's pet fish AND our internet connection (until next week) to this storm.

All this to say that I'm typing from my phone.

Tomorrow Benjamin is having surgery.  He is having his adenoids and tonsils removed, tubes put in his ears, and an extensive hearing test (since we know he has hearing loss).

We are so thankful to friends and family standing in with our other children.  We also would like to ask for prayers for a smooth surgery and recovery.

Thank you blog friends!!! Can't wait to share our adventures and the wonderful blessings and lessons from our Heavenly Father!

In the joy of following our Heavenly Father, we sometimes choose to proceed with a whisper, a verse, or a downright shove...no matter how we follow Him, the momentum that follows is like nothing we've ever experienced before.

Join the momentum...it is a beautiful place to be. It's not always easy, but then the best things never are.
