Anyone Else Having Problems with Commenting?

Has Blogger changed things up again? It seems like every time I figure it out, there I am going, "Huh?".

Friends, if I haven't commented on your blog, it's not for lack of trying.

Anyone that wants to "clue me in" on an easy fix...I'd LOVE it!!!
